Showing my slip recorded on VideoAs part of my job I am called on to do various presentations to existing and new Clients. If it is part of a Sales effort I normally go to support the Sales Manager who has made the initial contact. When we do this it is in three parts. Part 1 is the Sales presentation, the second is technical (my part) and the third is questions and answers. Normally this is private but very occasionally the Client will ask to take videos for his review later. We always agree to this provided we get a copy.This is the story of one presentation that was videoed and hence it was clear what happened – even though at the time I was quite unaware of my clothing malfunction.We arrived at the offices in the late afternoon as requested. We assumed we would be the last company that day. We set up our computer in the meeting room. We then went for a coffee with the Client whilst he got his team together. Sam (name changed) and I were then asked to come to the room in about 5 minutes. We used the opportunity to go to the Ladies.As we walked back down the corridor to the meeting room I could see that Sam’s slip was showing about an inch at the back. When I finished I asked for any questions. Normally this part only takes a few minutes but on this occasion we had a lot of questions, some of which I thought at the time were time wasting. I thought it prudent not to tell Sam about her slip since she would have got somewhat upset.When we got back to the hotel we agreed to quickly dump our kit and then we would go and have some dinner.I dropped my bags on the bed, went to the loo and just as I was leaving the room checked myself in the mirror and found I needed to adjust my slip which was showing the best part of 3 inches at the back and a couple at the front. It was at this point I started wondering how long it had been showing. I hoped that it was as result of me having just been to the loo.Sam and I had a chat over dinner about what went well bahis şirketleri and what went badly in the presentation. Each time I raised my arm to make a highlight on the screen more and more slip was visible.By the time I finished, with hands down there was all the lace showing, about 2 inches, and some of the plain material of the main body. In all nearly 3 inches of slip was at the back and an inch of lace at the front. With raised arms it was nearer 5 inches at the back and three at the front.No wonder the guys were wanting us to stay.The only good point was that I was totally unaware at the time.
